View original imageKorea University of Technology and Education announced on the 5th that Professor Jin-gu Lee's research team from the Graduate School of Techno Human Resource Development won the 'HRD Research Paper Award' at the '2024 Spring Academic Conference of the Korea Human Resource Development Association.'
Professor Lee, together with doctoral student Se-hyun Yoon and master's student Kyung-hoon Kang, presented a case study on the 'Establishment of an AI-based Learning Curation System in Companies.' The journal 'HRD Research,' a KCI-registered academic journal of the Korea Human Resource Development Association, selected Professor Lee's team's paper as the final outstanding paper after a review process among papers published in the past year.

Professor Jin-gu Lee stated, "By analyzing the case of establishing an AI-based Learning Curation system conducted by corporate HRD organizations, we aimed to theorize the practice and provide practical implications for HRD organizations planning to build learning recommendation systems in the future."
