Soonchunhyang University Ranks 30th Nationally in QS World University Rankings
The Only Private University in the Chungcheong Region to Enter the Rankings
Soonchunhyang University announced on the 5th that it is the only private university in the Chungcheong region to enter the global rankings in the UK-based global university ranking organization QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) '2025 QS World University Rankings.'
The QS World University Rankings evaluate competitiveness based on indicators such as the number of citations per faculty member, student-to-faculty ratio, and proportion of international faculty, targeting 1,500 universities across 105 countries.
Soonchunhyang University achieved a global university ranking within the 1001?1200 range in this evaluation and ranked 30th among domestic universities that made the list.
This achievement is attributed to Soonchunhyang University's ongoing educational innovations such as the 4A-High Flex education innovation, the establishment of a minor-major vision planning education platform, the recruitment of outstanding domestic and international faculty, full tuition support for all full-time graduate students, and research support systems including research settlement funds for faculty in the biomedical specialization field.
