Air Busan continues its educational donation activities to nurture aviation professionals and recently held a special lecture on aviation careers for local university students.
Air Busan (CEO Doo Sungkuk) announced on the 31st that it held the 'Dream Mentor' program at Lotte Hotel Busan on the 30th, where 100 university students interested in four aviation fields?flight operations, cabin crew, maintenance, and airport services?received tailored mentoring and lectures from current Air Busan employees.
The Dream Mentor program began with an introduction to Air Busan and its desired talent profile, followed by small group mentoring sessions for each field.
An Air Busan representative stated that current employees served as mentors, sharing their expertise and knowledge with students. They addressed practical questions about the aviation industry, helped students design their career paths, and enhanced their understanding of the field, resulting in high satisfaction among participants.
In addition to Dream Mentor, Air Busan leads the way in nurturing aviation talent through various educational donation programs each year, such as 'Dream Campus' for hands-on job training, 'Dream Academy' for basic theoretical education in aviation, and 'Dream School,' which offers customized job training for local high school students.
