IBK Industrial Bank, Selection of the '2nd Super Rookie WM'
Selected a small elite group of entry-level employees passionate about asset management
IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on the 30th that it held the inauguration ceremony for the '2nd Super Rookie WM' at the IBK headquarters in Euljiro, Jung-gu, Seoul.
'Super Rookie WM' is a newly established program targeting entry-level employees to early secure future asset management talent with passion and potential capabilities in asset management and to nurture them into outstanding asset management professionals.
Starting with the first cohort last year, IBK selected a final group of 20 through fierce competition among young employees aspiring to become asset management experts this year as well.
The selected employees will acquire asset management skills through intensive training by experts in fields such as finance, taxation, and real estate, educational courses including external seminars to enhance expertise, and multifaceted support such as career management mentoring from senior PBs and headquarters staff.
