Small Enterprise and Market Service Holds 'Integrity, Ethics, and Human Rights Practice Resolution Meeting'
Joint Event of 7 Public Institutions Located in Daejeon
The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 30th that it held a 'Declaration of Practice for Integrity, Ethics, and Human Rights' resolution meeting with about 150 executives and employees from seven public institutions in the Daejeon area at the National Daejeon Forest Center auditorium.
The seven institutions participating in the event are ▲Small Enterprise and Market Service ▲National Health Insurance Service Daejeon Jungbu Branch ▲Daejeon Social Service Institute ▲Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation ▲Daejeon Lifelong Education Promotion Institute ▲Korea Meteorological Industry Technology Institute ▲Korea Forest Welfare Promotion Institute.

View original imageThese institutions have been working together under the name 'Clean Light Network' for three years since 2022 to realize social values of publicness, public interest, and community.
In particular, over the past year, they have jointly promoted projects such as ▲practical consultation meetings (a total of 8 times) ▲joint integrity resolution pledge by heads of institutions ▲non-face-to-face joint campaigns to spread integrity, human rights, and ethics (conflict of interest, workplace harassment, public finance recovery, prohibition of solicitation, public interest reporting, prevention of workplace sexual harassment) ▲joint integrity campaigns with the private sector (promotion at the Daejeon 0 o’clock Festival site) ▲joint operation of anti-corruption week ▲joint integrity and ethics management education (316 participants), cooperating to strengthen awareness of integrity.
The heads and new employees of the seven institutions, including the Small Enterprise and Market Service, signed and read aloud the declaration of practice for integrity, ethics, and human rights, expressing their commitment to practice, and all employees pledged to actively implement it. With the support of the Integrity Training Institute, various programs such as ▲integrity special lectures ▲integrity pansori performances ▲integrity quiz contests were conducted.
