Goryeong-gun Youth Counseling and Welfare Center Carries Out Community Contribution Activities for Youth
Goryeong High School Students Share Drinks with Goryeong County Senior College
Goryeong-gun Youth Counseling and Welfare Center (Director Baek Seungwook) held the event "May! Thank You! We Love You! We Respect You!" on the 28th, where Goryeong High School students distributed beverages to the seniors at the Goryeong-gun Senior Citizen College.
Since April 5, the Goryeong-gun Youth Counseling and Welfare Center has been running the youth job experience program "Job Go Coffee-ro Gaja!"
This event, held as part of the youth community contribution activities, was carried out by members of "Coffeebara," a group of students participating in the job experience program at Goryeong High School.
In particular, to celebrate May, the Month of Family and Youth, the students planned and held this beverage-sharing event to express their gratitude to local seniors, demonstrating the barista skills they have learned and practiced so far.
This job experience program is scheduled to run until July this year, and after the experience is completed, the center plans to continue supporting the participating students so they can obtain a barista certificate.
