LG Chem Hosts 'Esthetic International Masterclass'
LG Chem announced on the 28th that it held the global education and networking program 'LG Aesthetic International Masterclass (IMLG)' by inviting over 70 medical aesthetic doctors from 13 countries including China, Thailand, Italy, the UK, and Mexico over three days from the 23rd to the 25th.

To provide participants with a diverse experience of the brand, LG Chem planned and offered academic programs such as lectures on filler procedure trends by country, ultrasound hands-on seminars, anatomy workshops, and production plant tours, as well as Korean cultural experience activities like tours of royal palaces.
First, participants showed increased trust in the products through a tour of the Iksan plant in Jeonbuk, which internalizes the entire process from filler raw materials to finished products. Dr. Francesco Calvani from Italy said, "Seeing the in-house produced hyaluronic acid applied to other LG Chem specialty pharmaceuticals was an opportunity to directly confirm that manufacturing and quality control are conducted under standards even stricter than those for medical device management."
At the anatomy workshop held at the Global Training Center operated jointly with Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, Professor Seungho Han of Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital gave a lecture introducing effective filler procedure methods from an anatomical perspective. Afterwards, participants performed procedures themselves for about three hours and engaged in in-depth discussions on areas for improvement.
Additionally, participants were given opportunities to directly experience the charm of Korean culture through visits to Seoul’s royal palaces, the National Museum of Korea, and Korean cuisine over the three days, focusing on enhancing the prestige of the Korean brand. Participants evaluated that the atmosphere of Seoul, where Eastern and Western cultures and tradition and modernity coexist in balance, aligns with the goal of the global beauty filler brands Evear and Y Solution for "balanced beauty."
