Public Procurement Service to Promote Nationalization of 1,046 Ownerless Land Parcels
The Public Procurement Service announced on the 28th that, as a procedure to nationalize 1,046 parcels of ownerless real estate (hereinafter referred to as ownerless real estate) nationwide, related information will be announced in the official gazette and on the Public Procurement Service website from October 28 to November 28.
The announcement targets land that was newly registered due to omission in the cadastral records or land for which ownership matters have not been restored.
If rightful owners or interested parties do not report their rights within the announcement period, the ownership of the ownerless real estate will be transferred to the state through procedures such as cadastral record organization and ownership preservation registration.
