Neptune's Enterprise Chat Solution 'TalkPlus' Surpasses 10 Million Users
Triple Growth in One Year After Reaching 3 Million Cumulative Users Last Year
Neptune announced on the 24th that its enterprise chat solution, TokPlus, surpassed 10 million cumulative users three years after its launch. TokPlus, launched in August 2021, quickly secured clients needing chat functionality and recorded 1 million cumulative users within six months of operation. In March last year, it reached 3 million users and grew approximately threefold in one year, exceeding 10 million users.
Currently, TokPlus provides solutions in various fields such as healthcare, broadcasting, education, and gaming to over 150 companies including Hanjin, Hanwha Systems, Com2uS Platform, SpaceCloud, JobPlanet, and DXVX.
Offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), TokPlus allows building chat infrastructure within mobile apps or web pages with minimal coding. Its main features include ▲real-time text chat ▲large-scale message sending ▲one-on-one voice and video calls.
