The event took place along the Yangpyeong 26 Course and the San-eum Natural Recreation Forest area, part of the ‘Gyeonggi Forest Trail.’ About 40 participants experienced the charm of Gyeonggi Dullegil firsthand through stamp certification activities and forest healing programs at San-eum Natural Recreation Forest (such as breathing exercises and meditation), enjoying the natural scenery of the forest road sections. Following prior guidance, they also brought tumblers to participate in environmental protection efforts.
The Gyeonggi Forest Trail features fresh green forests and valleys with beautiful landscapes, but surveys of users indicated that the walking difficulty is moderate or higher, making it somewhat challenging to access.
Gudalyong, head of the Domestic Marketing Team at Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, stated, "With the continuous increase in demand for eco-friendly walking trips, we plan to hold various events starting with this program to convey the charm of Gyeonggi Dullegil to more tourists."
