Gijang-gun to Postpone and Hold 'Jangan Eup Residents Sports Festival and Harmony Event'
Jangan-eup in Gijang-gun, Busan, is hosting a festival for its residents.
The Jangan-eup Administrative Welfare Center (Eupjang Park Kyung-hee) announced on the 13th that the '2024 Jangan-eup Residents Sports Day and Harmony Festival,' organized by the Jangan-eup Sports Association (President Park Dong-hyun), will be held on the 19th at the Gowon 3rd Complex Apartment Grand Stadium.
The event was originally scheduled for the 12th but was postponed by a week due to rain.
About 700 Jangan-eup residents and spectators are expected to participate. A variety of attractions and activities, including traditional folk games, various sports events, and singing contests, will be available.
Starting with pre-event games at 9:10 a.m., the day will feature various programs such as ▲ shoe archery for residents to enjoy ▲ running races open to all students ▲ balloon popping sports events ▲ singing competitions ▲ and awards for the singing contest, creating a festive event for residents to enjoy together and foster harmony.
