This year's event was praised for its high-quality exhibition lineup. Centered around the 'Master Craftsmen Exhibition,' the festival showcased a variety of ceramic works through the 'Overseas Exchange Ceramic Exhibition' and the 'Contemporary Artist Competition,' drawing significant interest from attendees.
In particular, various programs themed around the festival's focus on 'eco-friendliness' were prepared to increase visitor participation. The city held an event where visitors could exchange household plastic items for coupons to purchase ceramics. The city explained that this encouraged the use of eco-friendly ceramic materials while also boosting ceramic sales.
On the final day of the event, the 7th, instead of a closing ceremony, a gratitude event was held for about 100 volunteers, where residents of the Ceramic Art Village personally prepared and presented gifts.
