NH Investment & Securities Launches 'Agri-food Crowdfunding' with Young Farmers
NH Investment & Securities announced on the 8th that it will conduct 'Agri-food Crowdfunding' to foster young farmers and promote rural values.
Agri-food Crowdfunding is a support project for young farmers who need to develop new sales channels as part of community contribution activities. The crowdfunding operates by providing agricultural products as rewards for investment amounts and is conducted on the Naver Happy Bean platform in cooperation with the NongHyup Central Association Startup Farm Support Center.
NH Investment & Securities supports young farmers in securing necessary funds in a timely manner and increasing farm income, while the Startup Farm Support Center selects young farmers (graduates of the Young Farmer Officer School) who produce excellent agricultural products. This year, funding is being conducted for companies such as Jangsuboktteok (Mugwort Rice Cake), Farmer Simpson (Watermelon), Maeryeodeun Cheongnyeondeul (Strawberry), and Barabom Farm (Raspberry), and from the 10th, Uhahaha House (Blueberry) and Sinsang Farm (Cherry Tomato) will start funding.
NH Investment & Securities plans to support funding for a total of 24 farms this year. Additionally, the newly launched 'Live Commerce' project, started last year, is supported 2 to 3 times annually. Young farmers gain opportunities to sell excellent agricultural products and directly promote them while communicating with customers in real time through live commerce.
