The exhibition features over 30 works by seven Korean and Japanese glass artists, including Kim Heon-cheol, Yoo Hana, Lee Eun-kyung, Sato Keita, Arai Minori, Kanzaki Misa, and Fujiwara Sawako.
The exhibition is characterized by the way the seven artists express their usual perspectives on creating glass works through a storytelling approach that immerses visitors as if on a journey.
Another notable aspect is the delicate and unique transparency, which are material characteristics of glass. The works, reborn at the artists' fingertips, lead viewers into a contemplative time, conveying the meaning of a journey that changes moment by moment through the reflection of light and translucent shadows.
Seong Chang-hoon, president of the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation, said, "The glass works in the exhibition will present a mysterious and brilliant sensibility to visitors, like leaves shining in the spring sunlight," adding, "I hope everyone who visits the exhibition can fully enjoy the moment of traveling into the world of glass art."
