On the 26th, President Yoon Suk-yeol received letters of credence from newly appointed ambassadors to South Korea from nine countries, including Russia, Australia, and Luxembourg, at the Yongsan Presidential Office.
The letters of credence presentation ceremony was attended by Georgy Zinoviev, Ambassador of Russia to South Korea; Jacques Pley, Ambassador of Luxembourg; Jeffrey David Robinson, Ambassador of Australia; Marek Lepovsky, Ambassador of Slovakia; Petar Kraichev, Ambassador of Bulgaria; Vu Ho, Ambassador of Vietnam; Emizorono Kipsoi, Ambassador of Kenya; Jorge Enrique Valerio Hernandez, Ambassador of Costa Rica; and Mohamed Jamruni bin Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia.
The letters of credence presentation ceremony is an event where the head of state of the sending country presents the letter of credence to the head of state of the receiving country through the new ambassador.
After receiving the letters of credence, President Yoon took commemorative photos with each ambassador alongside Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul and engaged in conversations.

The event was also attended by Minister Cho, National Security Office Director Jang Ho-jin, First Deputy Director of the National Security Office Kim Tae-hyo, Senior Secretary for Public Relations Lee Do-woon, and Senior Secretary for Economic Affairs Park Chun-seop.
