View original imageThe Win-Win Growth Council is an organization that was originally formed as the 'Hynix Council' in 2001 by SK Hynix to strengthen cooperation with partner companies and was reorganized into its current form in 2014. The council holds an annual regular general meeting. Last year, it adopted the 'Joint Declaration on ESG Management Practices' to enhance ESG management efforts.
This year, discussions focused on ESG activity plans and responses to climate-related disclosures. Based on the results of these discussions, SK Hynix plans to support partner companies' greenhouse gas management activities and conduct ESG on-site evaluations and consulting by visiting partner companies within the year.
The company also strengthens win-win programs with partner companies across various fields such as technology, management, finance, and education. Currently, SK Hynix operates programs like 'Technology Innovation Companies' and 'Pattern Wafer Support' that provide technology development infrastructure to partners, as well as talent development initiatives such as the 'SK Win-Win Growth Job Fair' and 'Youth High Five.' Various win-win funds supporting business capital are also managed.
Hwang Cheol-ju, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Council and Chairman of Juseong Engineering, said, "As the AI era arrives and sustainable growth becomes a key issue, continuous cooperation is essential to lead this era of rapid change," adding, "SK Hynix and council members will achieve greater win-win growth by practicing technological innovation and ESG management."
