Previously, collaboration was conducted to recruit C-level executives for FuturePlay’s invested startups. Through this, ‘Neurofit’ hired a Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), among others. Last year, as an executive-level professional headhunting firm that received investment from Remember, Briscan Young established a specialized organization called SSAC (Ssak) to support startups. This organization supports talent recruitment for executing core growth strategies of startups based on a high understanding of business strategies, organizational culture, and management environment at each growth stage.
Through this cooperation, FuturePlay will connect Briscan Young with invested startups that require C-level recruitment and consulting on strategic management environments, and Briscan Young plans to provide related services to respond more flexibly and professionally to startup recruitment. Briscan Young is the Korean member firm of the global search firm InterSearch, enabling local recruitment, market research, and investor connections for startups’ global expansion. Through recruitment services and data analysis and talent mapping services for industry professionals on its parent company Remember platform, it can oversee the entire industry.
CEO Oh-Hyung Kwon stated, "Through this agreement, we aim to support appropriate talent strategies according to the growth stages of invested startups,” adding, “By collaborating with Briscan Young, we will be able to recruit top-level talent, effectively build organizational strengths, and support successful development.”
