Obigo Participates in YouTube Device Partner Summit... "SDV Mobility Insights Presentation"
OBIGO, a specialized company in smart car software platforms, announced on the 25th that it participated in the 'YouTube Device Partner Summit 2024.' The event was held from the 23rd to the 24th at the Grand Intercontinental Parnas Hotel in Seoul.
This event, held for the second time in Korea, served as a platform to share experiences on expanding the YouTube ecosystem. This year, sessions were organized on various topics including △YouTube for TV △YouTube Music △Automotive Industry Deep Dive. Among these, the Automotive Industry Deep Dive session was newly added this year, attracting significant interest from automotive industry stakeholders.
Hwang Do-yeon, CEO of OBIGO, participated as a session panelist at the event and shared insights on the future mobility market amid the major transition to software-defined vehicles (SDV). OBIGO is expanding its services to enable drivers to enjoy various over-the-top (OTT) online video services in their vehicles. Recently, the company has developed the mobility platform ‘OBIGO Daily Briefing,’ based on core services such as △AI-recommended music △generative AI news △radio △games, and is preparing for commercialization.
