Gyeonggi-do Opens 'Mind Health Recharge Station' at Northern Government Complex on the 22nd
Gyeonggi Province opened a 'Mind Health Recharge Station' on the 22nd at the Uijeongbu Northern Government Complex to support the psychological and emotional stability of its employees.
The Mind Health Recharge Station is located on the 5th floor of the annex building of the Northern Government Complex, with a resident psychological counselor.
The recharge station offers various programs to promote employees' mental health, including ▲ one-on-one personal face-to-face counseling ▲ psychological tests (temperament and personality, mental health, stress diagnosis) ▲ customized program operations (healing lectures, experiential programs).
Although a counseling center was established at the Suwon Southern Government Complex, employees at the Northern Government Complex found it difficult to use due to distance, so this additional facility was set up to support their psychological and emotional stability.
Before operating the Mind Health Recharge Station, Gyeonggi Province held a 'Religious Leaders Mentoring Meeting with the Northern Government Complex Mind Health Recharge Station' on the 18th to share the operation plan and explore ways to connect with religious mentoring through communication with religious leaders.
