Gyeongnam Jeongbo University, 2nd Term '50+ Life Redesign University' Opening Ceremony
Supporting the Redesign of Life's Second Act for the New Middle-Aged in the 100-Year Life Era
Gyeongnam Information University (President Kim Tae-sang) Lifelong Education Center recently held the opening ceremony for the 2nd 50+ Life Redesign University 'Well-being Brunch Specialist Training Course for Restart' at the dedicated lecture room of the Lifelong Education Center on campus, the university announced on the 19th.
This educational program was established for the second time following June last year as part of the 50+ Life Redesign University project organized by Busan City. It targeted Busan citizens aged between 50 and 64, selecting a final group of 50 students through document screening.
At the opening ceremony, Ju Won-sik, Director of Admissions at the university, also gave a special lecture titled "Adding Thought to Thought."
Through this program, students will receive life redesign education, well-being brunch education, club activities, employment and entrepreneurship training, and follow-up guidance through a lifelong mentoring system.

Jung Yoo-ji, Director of the Lifelong Education Center, stated, "Gyeongnam Information University is making various efforts to establish a lifelong learning system to prepare for the 100-year life era," adding, "We will do our best to help middle-aged individuals in their 50s and older successfully start the second act of their lives."
