Yeongcheon-si, Promotion of Electric Two-Wheelers Supply Project with 40 Units
"Achieving Carbon Neutrality Through the Promotion of Eco-Friendly Vehicles"
Yeongcheon City in Gyeongbuk announced on the 18th that it will distribute a total of 40 electric two-wheelers to reduce fine dust and create a clear and clean air environment.
The city will accept applications starting from the 22nd, providing differential support ranging from 1.4 million to 3 million KRW per vehicle type for individuals, corporations, and institutions who have continuously resided in Yeongcheon City for at least 60 days prior to the application date.
When purchasing after discontinuing the use of existing internal combustion engine two-wheelers, an additional 300,000 KRW within the maximum support amount will be provided. Small business owners and farmers will receive an additional 20% of the subsidy, and those purchasing for delivery purposes will receive an additional 10% of the subsidy.
