Author of 'Fair Compensation' Delivers Lecture

View original imageThe KBIZ Cultural Management Forum is conducted to support the establishment of a network within the small and medium business community by sharing key issues and trends in culture and management environments. About 130 people attended the lecture, including representatives of small and medium enterprises by industry, small business owners, and employees of small and medium enterprises.
At this forum, Professor Shin Jae-yong of Seoul National University's Department of Business Administration, author of Fair Compensation, gave a lecture titled "Response Strategies of Established Generation CEOs to the MZ Generation." The content included an introduction to company-specific evaluation and compensation systems and related case studies. Along with this, he presented the future direction that corporate evaluation and compensation systems should take, eliciting empathy from first- and second-generation CEOs of small and medium enterprises.

Professor Shin said, "The MZ generation's demand for fair compensation is not a temporary phenomenon but a massive trend," adding, "For smooth communication between the MZ generation and small and medium enterprise CEOs, companies and the MZ generation must align their perspectives through the establishment of transparent evaluation and compensation systems."
