Guro-gu (District Mayor Moon Heon-il) is promoting the 'Guro Leader Workshop' for 70 executives at grade 5 and above affiliated with Guro-gu.
The district stated that the workshop was prepared to educate the executives to grow as leaders equipped with the abilities demanded by the times, strengthen the bond among executives, and enhance organizational competitiveness.
The workshop will be held for 2 days and 1 night from the 19th to the 20th of this month on Ganghwado Island.
The schedule on the first day includes ▲ team building to strengthen collaboration and cohesion within the organization ▲ a pledge to practice integrity to spread a clean organizational culture ▲ communication with the district mayor to share the vision of the 8th elected administration, and on the second day, it will conclude with ▲ a special lecture on future life planning ▲ a tour of local attractions for benchmarking regional development.
