The theme of this festival, held at Bangbae Dwitbeol Children's Park on the 20th and 21st, is ‘Spring Fantasia,’ inviting attendees into a fantastic classical world filled with free dreams and hope.
This year’s festival is composed of three sections: ▲Music Land (concert) ▲Kids Play Land (event zone) ▲Food Land (food zone), prepared to offer a variety of experiences including beautiful music, rides, and delicious food.
On the opening day, the 20th, at 7 PM, the classical concert will feature top-tier artists showcasing their vocal talents, including ‘Liberante,’ the winning team of Phantom Singer 4, musical actor and Burning Trotman ‘Enoch,’ soprano ‘Bok Ji-eun,’ who gained attention from appearing on Miss Trot 3, and the ‘CYK Pops Orchestra.’
From 11 AM to 4 PM on the 21st, a variety of events for the whole family will be held. In ‘Music Land,’ performances will continue with the award-winning ‘Family Play’ from the Chuncheon Mime Festival, Magic & Bubble Cinema Show, Korea Junior Big Band, Diva & Divo performances, and the Spring Fantasia Wind Band Parade. The finale will be a music dance battle reinterpreted in each artist’s style by modern and Korean dancers, b-boys, and ballerinas.
In ‘Kids Play Land,’ various attractions such as Viking and space shuttle rides, caricature drawing, and mooru craft will captivate children’s attention. Additionally, ‘Food Land’ will delight visitors’ taste buds with delicious food offerings.
Seocho-gu has been conducting seasonal and themed festivals since last year under the slogan ‘A city where culture blooms all year round.’ Starting with this ‘Spring Night Classic Festival,’ the district plans to hold a ‘Music and Art Festival’ for youth around the Express Bus Terminal area in summer, the high-quality cultural festival ‘Seoripul Festival’ along Banpo-daero in autumn, and a ‘Year-end Special Concert’ at Seocho Culture and Arts Center and other venues in winter.
