1325 Residents to File Complaint Against Deputy Minister Park Minsu of Health and Welfare for Alleged 'Abuse of Authority' and Other Charges

Resigned medical residents are collectively suing Park Min-su, the 2nd Vice Minister of Health and Welfare, on charges of abuse of authority and other allegations.
According to the medical community on the 12th, 1,325 individual resigned medical residents plan to sue Vice Minister Park on the 15th for abuse of authority and obstruction of rights.
They are reportedly claiming to have suffered damages due to various policies following the government's forced increase in medical school admissions.
On the day of the lawsuit, they plan to hold a press conference at the Korea Medical Association building in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to explain the detailed reasons for the lawsuit.
