Year-Round Operation of Reward System for Reporting Illegal Acts in Fire Safety Facilities
The Western Fire Station of Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 12th that it is implementing the 'Reward System for Reporting Illegal Acts Related to Firefighting Facilities' (hereinafter referred to as the Reward System) throughout the year.
The Reward System is a program designed to minimize fire damage by encouraging citizens' vigilance and spreading safety awareness through the payment of rewards when illegal acts such as blocking emergency exits are reported.
Anyone can report illegal acts related to firefighting facilities found in cultural and assembly facilities, sales, lodging, entertainment facilities, and multi-use establishments, such as ▲closure, damage, or installation of obstacles in hallways, stairs, and fire doors ▲closure or blockage of firefighting facilities ▲neglecting malfunctioning fire pumps.
