Accepting 'Teacher-Student Stories' from Students Until the 21st
Fostering a Culture of Respect for Teachers and Sharing Gratitude
Busan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Ha Yun-su) announced on the 12th that it has prepared an event to foster a culture of respect for teachers and share gratitude in celebration of Teacher's Day in May.
This event is conducted by collecting touching stories related to teachers from elementary, middle, and high school students in the Busan area. Students who wish to participate can submit their stories via Google Form or the QR code on the information poster by the 21st of this month.
The Office of Education plans to announce the selected stories through Busan Education SNS on the 25th. One grand prize winner will receive a 100,000 KRW gift certificate, three excellence award winners will receive 50,000 KRW each, and thirty special prize winners will receive gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW each.
The submitted stories will be widely used in promotional content produced to commemorate Teacher's Day. Among these, the grand prize and excellence award stories will be made into Busan Education card news and introduced through SNS.

Ha Yun-su, Superintendent of Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, said, "I hope this event will serve as an opportunity to create and establish a school culture that respects teachers and loves students," and added, "We ask for many students' interest and participation."
