Singer Park Boram (30) passed away on the 11th.
According to multiple media reports on the 12th, Park Boram died the previous afternoon. The police are currently investigating the cause of death.
Park Boram gained recognition in 2010 by appearing on the Mnet audition program "Superstar K2." She officially debuted in 2014 with the song "Yeppeojyeotda," achieving the remarkable feat of ranking 19th on the Melon annual chart that same year, propelling her to stardom.
Since then, she released several songs such as "Yeppeun Saram," "Yeonyehalrae," "Neon Wae," and "Aesseuji Mayo," which were well-loved by the public.
Notably, in February of this year, marking her 10th year since debut, she released a duet with singer Heo Gak, the winner of "Superstar K2," and on the 3rd of this month, she released a new song titled "Bogosipda Beolsseo."

Her agency, JENADU Entertainment, stated at the time of the new song release in February, "Park Boram, celebrating her 10th anniversary this year, is preparing a full-length album starting with this new release."
