Gwangju Shinsegae Holds 'Spring Brand Week'
Over 50 Leading Domestic Fashion Brands Gather
Major Participation of 'No-Sale Brands' Including Theory
Gwangju Shinsegae Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Dong-hoon) is hosting the ‘Spring Brand Week’ to welcome customers preparing for spring outings.
According to Gwangju Shinsegae on the 10th, this week-long event from the 12th to the 18th will feature over 50 brands from leading domestic fashion groups such as Shinsegae International (SI), Samsung C&T, and LF, offering abundant shopping benefits including discounts and gifts.
The Spring Brand Week draws attention with the participation of many ‘no-sale brands’ like ‘Theory’ and ‘Juun.J’, which usually do not offer discounts. Brands such as ‘Songzio Homme’, ‘Allegri’, and ‘Vanessa Bruno’ will be sold at a 10% discount.
Major brands under Samsung C&T will provide discount coupons during the event period. Samsung C&T brands including Theory, Juun.J, and Beaker will offer a 10% discount coupon usable at other Samsung C&T brands for purchases over 300,000 KRW, available until the 14th.
Various gift promotions are also being held by each brand. At ‘Ilail’, customers who purchase over 500,000 KRW will receive a fragrance from the Italian perfume brand ‘Culti’ as a gift. Additionally, customers who spend over 700,000 KRW at the ‘IRO Women’ store will receive an umbrella, and those who purchase over 500,000 KRW at ‘Series’ will be given a windbreaker. Gift promotions may end early if supplies run out.
Furthermore, during Spring Brand Week, customers using Shinsegae affiliated cards (Citi/Samsung/Shinhan/Hana/BC Baro) at participating brands can receive ‘Shinbaek Rewards’ of 40,000/70,000/140,000/210,000/350,000 KRW for purchases of 600,000/1,000,000/2,000,000/3,000,000/5,000,000 KRW respectively.
Shinbaek Rewards have a value equivalent to 1 KRW per reward point and can be used like cash at Shinsegae Department Store for three months after accumulation.
The Shinsegae Department Store mobile application (APP) also offers coupons that provide a 30,000 KRW discount on purchases over 300,000 KRW. Detailed event information, including participating brands and periods by store, can be checked on the app.
Kim Yoon-chul, head of the fashion team at Gwangju Shinsegae, said, “We have ambitiously prepared Spring Brand Week, where customers can meet popular domestic and international fashion brands with special benefits. It will be the best shopping opportunity for customers preparing for spring outings and those getting ready for summer in advance.”
