Created to help quick adaptation to new roles after personnel changes
Includes Care SOS core operation manual and immediately applicable practical content
Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Lee Pil-hyung) has created an internal work manual for the Care SOS Project and distributed it to 14 community service centers and related departments.
The 'Care SOS Project' is a welfare program that provides care services such as ▲temporary home care ▲short-term facility care ▲accompaniment support ▲housing convenience ▲meal delivery to Seoul citizens who require urgent or temporary care.
The district produced the 'Dongdaemun-gu Care SOS Practical Guide' to minimize care gaps caused by personnel changes, helping new staff quickly familiarize themselves with the project details.
The booklet contains the core contents of the Care SOS operation manual along with practical information such as ▲income investigation methods ▲how to use the computer system ▲safety management ▲precautions for each service and information on similar services.
In particular, it organizes changes in the project compared to last year at a glance, providing great help not only to new staff but also to existing personnel.
