Kiwoom's Kim Dongheon Diagnosed with Elbow Ligament Tear
Kiwoom Heroes' catcher Kim Dongheon has been diagnosed with a torn elbow ligament and will undergo reconstructive surgery.
According to the Kiwoom team, Kim Dongheon recently experienced pain in his right elbow during a Futures (second team) training session and visited a hospital, where he was diagnosed with a complete ligament tear.
At another hospital for a cross-examination, the same diagnosis was confirmed, and he will undergo 'Tommy John' surgery to reconstruct the elbow ligament.
