Ulju-gun, First Youth Self-Development Fund Application of the Year Open
Support up to 1 Million Won for Application and Tuition Fees
Ulsan Ulju-gun will accept applications for the first round of 2024 Youth Self-Development Fund from the 15th to the 30th of this month.
The "Youth Self-Development Fund Support Project" aims to enhance the employment competitiveness of young people preparing for jobs by supporting exam fees and academy tuition fees for language tests, Korean history proficiency tests, and nationally certified qualifications.
Applicants must be unemployed youth aged between 18 and 39 who have been registered residents of Ulju-gun for more than one year as of the application date, and can apply only once in their lifetime.
If the exam was taken or the course started and completed after January 1 of this year, the paid exam fees and academy tuition fees will be reimbursed. There is no limit on the number of exams or courses taken, and up to 1,000,000 KRW per person will be supported.
Those wishing to apply can submit their application and required documents online through the Ulju-gun Startup and Job Comprehensive Support Center website. After verifying whether there is any overlap with similar projects, Ulju-gun plans to deposit the support funds into the recipient’s account by the 31st of next month.
