The golf membership market is maintaining a steady trend with differentiation as the spring season arrives.
According to Donga Membership Trading Center on the 6th, the average price of 100 major memberships traded nationwide rose by 0.05% from the previous week to 257.66 million KRW. By price range, the ultra-high price segment increased by 0.07%, the high price segment by 0.10%, and the mid-price segment by 0.03%. Only the low price segment fell by 0.06%. Donga Membership Trading Center analyzed, "The golf membership market is currently engaged in intense cautious competition. Overall prices have slightly risen, but the atmosphere is clearly different from last month," adding, "Aggressive buying has turned into a wait-and-see stance. It is necessary to find the right timing when purchasing golf memberships."
The average price in the central region is 292.10 million KRW, a slight increase of 0.06% compared to last week. Most golf course memberships show no change and remain steady. Seoul rose by 0.83%, Hanyang by 0.64%, Asiana by 0.63%, Songchu by 0.71%, and the central region by 1.27%. On the other hand, H1 saw a sharp drop of 3.03% as buying interest plummeted and listings accumulated. Plaza Yongin also fell by 0.71%. Team leader Moon Jongseong stated, "The central region membership market has become a fierce game of cautious moves between sellers and buyers. It is expected to remain steady until corporate movements increase."

The average price in the southern region is 168.53 million KRW, unchanged from last week. Overall, prices remain steady without fluctuations. Busan rose by 1.30% amid difficulty finding listings and increased buying inquiries. Ulsan fell by 0.83% as buyers adopted a more cautious stance. Bayside and Jeongsan continue to receive corporate inquiries. A shortage of listings is evident, with only buying orders accumulating. Team leader Lee Yunhee predicted, "In the southern region membership market, popular golf courses show price differences due to missing listings. Overall, the market is expected to continue in a steady state without major fluctuations."
