Everland introduced Korea's first tulip-themed flower festival in 1992 and has developed the event into a representative spring flower festival in the country. To date, about 50 million people have visited the Tulip Festival. In 2008, Everland created a 4,500㎡ 'Holland Village' by reproducing Alkmaar Street, famous for its cheese market, modeled after traditional Dutch architectural styles, and operates it as a space to experience Dutch culture.
