EU Condemns North Korea's Ballistic Missile Launches: "Stop Illegal Activities"
The European Union (EU) condemned North Korea's launch of a medium-range ballistic missile on the 2nd (local time).
The EU External Action Service (EEAS) urged in a spokesperson's statement that afternoon, "Cease all illegal acts that threaten regional and international peace and security."

The EEAS pointed out that North Korea's ballistic missile launch is another violation of United Nations (UN) Security Council resolutions, stating, "Comply with the UN Security Council resolution obligations to accept dialogue proposals from relevant parties and to dismantle nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles in a complete, verifiable, and irreversible manner."
