University States "No Space to Stop Bus"
A bus carrying dozens of university students on the highway experienced a floor collapse. However, the bus driver decided that reaching the destination was the priority and continued driving for about 10 minutes without stopping the vehicle.
On the 2nd, MBC reported that near the Cheonan Interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway, the rear tire of a shuttle bus carrying about 40 university students burst, causing a large hole in the bottom of the bus. The impact from the tire burst caused debris to fly inside the bus, resulting in three students sustaining lacerations and bruises on their arms and legs.

The students shouted at the bus driver to stop, fearing further accidents, but the driver continued driving without stopping. It was reported that he insisted on continuing the drive, prioritizing arrival at the school first. After reaching the school, the injured students were transported to a nearby hospital.
The university explained that since it was a busy morning rush hour with heavy traffic, there was no suitable space to stop the bus on the road, and the bus driver brought the students to school at a low speed.
