On April 10, 44,280,011 voters will participate in the 22nd National Assembly election.
According to the Central Election Commission on the 31st, the total number of voters is 44,280,011, combining 44,251,919 domestic voters and 28,092 overseas voters.
Based on the domestic voter registry, the age distribution is approximately 8.71 million in their 50s, 7.85 million in their 40s, 7.69 million in their 60s, 6.55 million in their 30s, 6.41 million aged 70 and above, and 6.11 million in their 20s.
By gender, there are approximately 22.33 million women (50.47%) and 21.91 million men (49.53%). By region, Gyeonggi-do has the highest number with about 11.59 million voters (26.2%), while Sejong Special Self-Governing City has the fewest with about 300,000 voters (0.7%).
