DawonSys Holds 'Company-wide Quality Innovation Proclamation Ceremony'
DawonSys held a company-wide Quality Innovation Declaration Ceremony on the 29th at the Jeongeup Plant to enhance quality innovation and raise employees' awareness of quality. Approximately 70 key executives and employees attended the ceremony on-site, while all other staff from headquarters, the Gimcheon Plant, and contractors participated via video conference.
The ceremony was held with the purpose of establishing a perfect quality process by strengthening company-wide compliance with quality processes, enhancing parts quality management, and reinforcing preventive activities, aiming to achieve complete quality from design to production. All employees united to reaffirm their commitment to achieving quality innovation.
A DawonSys representative stated, “Through this declaration ceremony, we will establish a quality management system with thorough process and quality control, making quality innovation a stepping stone for elevating our overall competitiveness to the next level.”

He continued, “Recently, quality issues with electric devices in metropolitan area electric trains in operation have become a hot topic. Since electric trains contain various electric components powered by electricity, compatibility and maintenance must not be neglected. Our company will take these issues as lessons and proactively strengthen quality management of electric devices to prevent such problems from occurring.”
