Osan-si, Special Crackdown on Businesses Generating Dust Pollution
Osan City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 29th that it will strengthen inspections targeting special management construction sites, which are major sources of fugitive dust emissions, from the 1st to the 16th of next month in response to the spring season.
During this inspection, conducted jointly with honorary environmental monitors, the city plans to focus on checking ▲whether there are reports (or changes) related to fugitive dust-generating businesses ▲installation of dust barriers and dust nets ▲proper operation of wheel washing facilities ▲use of dust covers on stockpiled materials ▲paving status of entrance and exit roads.
