Recruitment of Participating Companies for Hwaseong City's 'Youth Employment Competency Enhancement Project'
100% Salary Support for 3 Months to Selected Companies
Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting companies to participate in the 'Hwaseong Youth Employment Competency Enhancement Project,' which provides work experience and promotes employment for young job seekers, until the 11th of next month.
This project involves conducting customized job training for young job seekers according to the needs of participating companies, and supporting those who complete the training to gain practical, hands-on field experience by working at the respective companies.
Selected companies will be assigned youth who have completed the job training, and the city will fully support their wages for three months.
Eligibility to apply is limited to companies located in Hwaseong City with 30 or more regular employees (as of the end of December 2023). Companies wishing to participate can refer to the recruitment announcement posted on the Hwaseong City Hall website and submit application documents to the Youth and Youth Policy Division. The city plans to announce the selection results in May and then recruit participating job seekers.
