Nicaragua, a Latin American country friendly to Russia, has declared a national day of mourning to commemorate the victims of the terrorist attack in Russia and to show solidarity with the Russian government.
On the 23rd (local time), the Nicaraguan government issued a statement through state media such as El19Digital, saying, "We condemn the horrific terrorist act that took 133 lives in Krasnogorsk, northwest of Moscow, Russia, and have ordered a national day of mourning to wish a speedy recovery to the injured brothers of the fraternal nation."
It is reported that Nicaragua is the first country to declare a day of mourning in connection with the Moscow terrorist attack. On the 24th, flags will be flown at half-mast at major government offices nationwide for one day, and events will be held across the country to express fraternal condolences to President Putin.

Meanwhile, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) arrested a total of 11 suspects in connection with the incident at the Crocus City Hall concert venue in Krasnogorsk, northwest of Moscow, where a rifle was fired, resulting in over 200 casualties including 133 deaths.
