On the 22nd, News1 reported that the Ministry of Health and Welfare detected such a post on the doctors' community 'MediStaff' the previous day and requested a police investigation on charges of obstruction of business.
The post's author further stated, "We should just continue to lie down and cause massive damage to the Big 5 hospitals and bankrupt many local private hospitals," adding, "If that happens, the country will be in utter chaos." The author also emphasized, "This is an inherently absurd and distorted system that was bound to collapse someday, so destroying it now and normalizing Korea's medical system is a responsibility that medical students must bear."

On the previous day, the 21st, a post encouraging collective action among doctors until August next year was shared, sparking controversy.
A post titled "Administrative and Legal Considerations Regarding the Possibility of Modification After Transfer to the Ministry of Education," uploaded to the doctors' community, pointed out flaws in the government's medical school quota plan. In particular, the author referenced the law concerning the announcement of university admission plans, arguing that if the medical crisis continues until August next year, it would fall under "unavoidable reasons recognized by the Minister of Education such as natural disasters," allowing for modifications to the admission plan. At the end of the related post, there was a link to 'MediStaff,' a community used by doctors and medical students.

Earlier, on the 19th of last month, a post titled "Mandatory Reading for Residents Leaving Hospitals" was uploaded to MediStaff, instructing members to delete hospital data and change passwords ahead of collective action. In response, the police conducted two raids on MediStaff's headquarters and on the 7th arrested the author of the post on charges of obstruction of business. The government has currently imposed a travel ban on MediStaff's Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and one employee. They are suspected of attempting to hide materials after the investigation began. Additionally, police are investigating posts on MediStaff containing the real names and photos of professors who tried to persuade residents to return. There were also posted guidelines instructing dispatched military doctors and public health doctors to refuse treatment or engage in work slowdowns.
