Supply of 16 Industrial Facility Lots in Yeoncheon BIX... Applications Accepted April 2-3
Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply industrial facility sites within the ‘Yeoncheon BIX’ (Business & Industry Complex), jointly implemented with Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, on the 21st.
The industrial facility sites to be supplied this time consist of a total of 16 lots, with eligible industries including ▲manufacture of medical substances and pharmaceuticals ▲manufacture of rubber products and plastic products ▲manufacture of food products, among others. The expected supply price ranges from 889,928,000 to 1,468,807,000 KRW.
Applications for sale will be accepted from April 2 to 3, and after Yeoncheon-gun’s tenant screening, the tenants will be selected on April 15.
GH will operate dual reception locations in the southern and northern regions during the application period to facilitate the movement of applicants.
Yeoncheon BIX is an industrial complex being developed on a 600,000㎡ site in 273-4 Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, equipped with excellent transportation infrastructure including Subway Line 1, National Road No. 3, and No. 37.
