LIV Golf Signs Sponsorship Deal with Construction Equipment Company
JCB Tournament Held in the UK from July 26

LIV Golf has partnered with a construction equipment company.
On the 20th (local time), LIV Golf announced on its website that it has signed a sponsorship deal with JCB, the world's largest construction and agricultural equipment company. It will hold a regular tour event in the UK this July. The tournament will take place over three days starting July 26 at the JCB Golf and Country Club in Rugeley, Staffordshire, UK. LIV Golf stated that this tournament will be the last event of the 2024 season held outside the United States.

The JCB Golf and Country Club, where the tournament will be held, opened in 2019. The golf course covers an area of 971,000 square meters (approximately 293,455 pyeong). LIV Golf, sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF), was established in 2021. After clashing with the PGA Tour, it has been engaged in merger negotiations since last year.
