Chungnam Firefighter Resuscitated Cardiac Arrest Patient Who Collapsed at Gym with CPR

A firefighter from Chungnam became a topic of conversation after saving a cardiac arrest patient at a gym on his day off.
According to the Chungnam Fire Headquarters on the 20th, firefighter Choi Jin-su, affiliated with the Boryeong Fire Station, was exercising at a gym in Iksan, Jeonbuk, on the 11th when a man in his 50s, Mr. A, collapsed. He called 119 and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
Fortunately, Mr. A regained consciousness before arriving at the hospital and is currently recovering his health.

Firefighter Choi said, "I feel proud to have saved a life as a firefighter," adding, "I hope this serves as an opportunity for many people to reconsider the importance of CPR."
