Lotte Duty Free announced on the 19th that it is serving as the official sponsor of the Australia World Tour concert of popular Chinese-speaking star Jay Chou and is operating a pop-up store for the fashion brand 'PHANTACi.'
Previously, Lotte Duty Free served as the official sponsor of Jay Chou's Carnival World Tour Australia and held concerts in Sydney on the 2nd and in Melbourne on the 16th and 17th. It was reported that more than 50,000 attendees visited these concerts.

To maximize global synergy with Jay Chou, Lotte Duty Free opened the 'PHANTACi' pop-up store at its Sydney City Store on the 29th of last month. PHANTACi is a fashion brand launched by Jay Chou in 2006.
This move by Lotte Duty Free is part of its strategy to strengthen marketing in Oceania. Lotte Duty Free's sales in Oceania from January to February this year increased by approximately 232% compared to the same period last year. Accordingly, Lotte Duty Free has intensified its marketing efforts to attract tourists worldwide, including Chinese consumers who are the main customer base in the Oceania duty-free market.

Currently, Lotte Duty Free operates 14 stores in six overseas countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Vietnam. Last year, it consecutively acquired business rights for Melbourne Airport and Brisbane Airport stores, strengthening its position as the number one operator in the Oceania region.
