The Federation of Korean Trade Unions (FKTU) announced that it will "carry out comprehensive organizational actions and struggles to judge anti-labor parties" in the upcoming 22nd general election next month.

On the 18th, the FKTU held the 1st Central Political Committee meeting and deliberated and resolved the election policy with this content.
The election policy, to be finalized at the extraordinary delegates' meeting on the 26th-27th, includes plans to "restore labor centrality and establish a foothold for strengthening political influence through the election of a majority of pro-labor candidates" and to "form and operate a task force for victory in the April 10 general election."
