Humasis announced on the 18th that it has decided to acquire treasury shares worth 30 billion KRW to stabilize its stock price and enhance shareholder value.
The acquisition of treasury shares will be conducted through on-market purchases on the KOSDAQ market, with the acquisition period scheduled from the 19th to June 18, spanning three months.
