Gwangju Seo-gu, Individual Official Land Prices and Individual Housing Prices Inspection and Opinion Submission
Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Ikang) announced on the 18th that it will operate a viewing and opinion submission period for 47,004 parcels of land with individually assessed official land prices and individual housing price (draft) based on January 1 of this year, from the 19th of this month to the 8th of next month.
Landowners, owners related to individual housing prices, and stakeholders can view the information by visiting or calling the Land Information Division and Taxation Division 1 of Seo-gu Office, and internet viewing is also available through the Real Estate Official Price Notification website.

Residents who have opinions on the viewed content can submit their opinions by visiting the relevant department of Seo-gu Office or the Dong Administrative Welfare Center, or by mail, fax, or through the Real Estate Official Price Notification website.
Seo-gu plans to re-investigate the appropriateness of the assessed prices based on the submitted opinions, undergo verification by the Korea Real Estate Board, and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and individually notify the results to the opinion submitters. The final individual official land prices and individual housing prices will be decided and announced on the 30th of next month.
Meanwhile, the announced prices will be used as the basis for calculating various taxes such as property tax, acquisition tax, comprehensive real estate tax, capital gains tax, and health insurance premiums.
