Yongmun, Revitalization of Suyu Traditional Market
Baedal Minjok is conducting a promotion offering up to 50% discount on products listed from Yongmun and Suyu Traditional Markets in Baemin Store to revitalize these markets.
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baedal Minjok, announced on the 18th that they will hold an event offering up to 50% discount and free delivery fees for customers using Yongmun and Suyu Traditional Markets listed on Baemin Store.
During the five-day promotion until the 22nd, customers ordering products from traditional market stores on Baemin Store will receive unlimited coupons for a 6,000 KRW discount on orders over 30,000 KRW, regardless of the number of uses. In particular, the first 100 customers each day will receive a coupon offering a 10,000 KRW discount on orders over 20,000 KRW, which is up to 50% off. During the event period, delivery tips for all products from traditional market stores are free regardless of the order amount.
Baemin opened its traditional market service on Baemin Store in January and started order mediation and delivery for two locations: Suyu Traditional Market in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, and Yongmun Market in Yongsan-gu. By the fourth week of February, just three weeks after the first week of the Baemin Store traditional market service launch, the total number of orders from traditional markets increased about eightfold. The average daily number of orders also increased sixfold during the same period.
